Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

Hi to all, I would like to buy my first lcd and after looking around I saw this two models.

The LG is local diming, but Philips seams to have more "natural" colors....

Suggestion??

Why you write that level black better at 8605 (004)?? When at 7605 it it is better - 003!
