Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

Dear Rasmus,

I would like to know your opinion about this matter. which of these panels do you really think is the best?
Does the V10 serie really improve the last year serie 2009 PZ800?
What will you recommend me to purchase from this 2 panasonic ?
In fact I do know that the best TV is in the world is the Pioneer Kuro PDP KRP-500A.
