Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

Regarding USB recording and EPG.I wonder if those two will work at my home where I get the TV signal from a decoder box (cable TV). I suppose not, but I would like your reviews to state that it does/does not.

Depends on where you live? If you have a cable box some TVs will let you connect the antenna cable directly to the TV and utilize the built-in cable tuner.
