Hello!
This is my first post in this forum. I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I'll give it a try. I have a Dell U2311H monitor which I want to connect to my laptop for professional use. My laptop is equipped with HDMI and VGA, but the monitor has only Displayport and DVI connectors. Is there any way I can connect the laptop to the monitor without sacrificing the digital output (signal)? I don't want to use the analog signal. Do I need some kind of DVI-HDMI cable or maybe a DVI-HDMI adapter?
I am very thankful for any suggestions you might have!
