HP will release two new 22-inch and 24-inch monitors called ZR22w and ZR24w that seem to replace the existing LP2275 and LP2475w monitors. The HP ZR models come with IPS panels, aluminum frame and attractive ergonomic adjustability.

HP ZR24w
ZR24w is a 24 inch model based on an H-IPS panel (H2-IPS). The design is close to the predecessor LP2475w but ZR24w has a new aluminum frame. HP also allows the user to adjust the stand with height adjustment, swivel adjustment, tilt and 90-degree pivot.
HP ZR24w
ZR24w uses an IPS panel in a variant called H-IPS (H2-IPS) with a resolution of 1920x1200 in 16:10. ZR24w will also offer a response time of 5 ms (G2G), 1000:1 contrast ratio and 400 cd/m2 brightness. Viewing angles are 178/178 degrees. The panel is covering 97 % of the sRGB gamut.
HP ZR24w can be connected through DVI, D-SUB (VGA) or DisplayPort. Full specifications here.

HP ZR22w
ZR22w is a 22-inch variant that also comes with an IPS panel. The design is identical to ZR24w with an aluminum frame and extensive ergonomic adjustability.

ZR22w incorporates an IPS panel as well (and drops the PVA tech that was used in LP2275w) in an S-IPS (UH-IPS) variant.
ZR22w has a 1920x1080 resolution in 16:9. It also offers 8 ms (g2g) response time that is a bit slower than on ZR24w. Contrast ratio is 1000:1, and ZR22w also features 250 cd/m2 brightness and 178/178 viewing angles. The panel is covering 96 % of the sRGB gamut.
