Dell has released their first 23 inch PC monitor. It’s called SP2309W and features a very high resolution of 2048x1152 pixels.
Dell SP2309W is one of the first 23 inch monitors to be introduced to the market and is a convenient one. It is offering higher resolution than the very popular 22 inch monitors and has a nice list of features to brag about.

The monitor has a glossy black look and the stand is round and smooth. Dell is offering both tilt and swiwel adjustment and the stand have a built-in cable management system.
The screen offers some very interesting specs as follows: 2048 x 1152 resolution, 2 ms (g2g) response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio (80000:1 dynamic), 300 cd/m2 brightness and 160/160 viewing angles. The panel also has a 16:9 aspect ratio instead of the 16:10 used in most monitors making the SP2309W a good choice for movie-watching.
The monitor has a TN panel made by Samsung, probably the recently announced LTM230HT01.
