Mitsubishi has revealed a new series of LCD-TVs with Edge LED backlight. The three new Unisen 154, 164 and 265 series also have better-than-average speaker systems and ranges from 40 to 55 inches. Pricing has also been revealed.

The 154 Unisen models for 2010 include edge-lit LED backlight, Multi-Speaker Immersive Sound, StreamTV (VUDU Apps), and a new thin depth design.
Mitsubishi also mentions other technical features such as 120Hz, Clear Contrast Panel, 4 HDMI inputs, and USB input.

Mitsubishi Unisen 164
The step up model from the 154 series is the 164 series available in 40, 46 and new 55-inch screen sizes.
In addition to the features on the 154 series, the 164 series includes 16 speakers, built-in wireless internet, Bluetooth A2DP audio streaming, and advanced video calibration. Mitsubishi did not elaborate on the options of the calibration system.
Mitsubishi Unisen 265
The flagship model is called Diamond 265 series and will be available in 46 and new 55-inches.
Diamond 256 includes two more speakers totaling 18 speakers all in all. It also has a True240Hz frame interpolating system as well as a new thin depth design.

Pictures are managed by the 18-Bit digital video processing system and you can control all of that with your iPhone through an App. The 256 series also comes with an audio calibration microphone, and Wired IR input.
