Eizo will release its first 4K monitor this September. The new 31.5-inch EV3237 has been designed for CAD/CAM, gaming and offices, says Eizo. It uses an IPS panel.
Eizo’s 4K EV3237V
Eizo is the latest PC monitor maker to add a 4K monitor to their line-up. The 31.5-inch IPS panel offers 3840x2160 pixels and has plenty of desktop space for your needs.
Eizo says that EV3237V uses flicker-free LED backlighting, which relieves you from eyestrain after a long work day. The monitor is optimal for offices, control rooms, gaming, and CAD/CAM, Eizo believes. It offers height, swivel and tilt adjustments, as well as an integrated 1 W speaker.
You can connect it to a PC via either DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI or DVI, but only the DisplayPort connection will offer 4K resolution at 60 Hz. Eizo has also integrated a light sensor that automatically adjusts brightness depending on your surroundings as well as color management software.
Eizo EV3237 will be available in September in black or gray, but no price has been announced.
