Dell unveils U2415
The new U2415 is the successor to U2414H, and one of the most significant updates is the 1920x1200 resolution in 16:10 format, which offers more desktop space than typical monitors.
The 24-inch U2415 is an all-round monitor and with its IPS panel it is also suited for some photography and graphics work. Dell says that it has 99% sRGB coverage, 6 ms (g2g) response time and a matte LCD panel with minimal reflections.
The monitor comes pre-calibrated from the factory, and has the same very slim bezels as last year’s model, making it great for multi-monitor setups. It can be connected to a PC with 2xHDMI, mini DisplayPort, DisplayPort 1.2, and D-SUB (VGA). There are also 5 USB 3.0 ports and a DisplayPort out for daisy-chaining more monitors.
Dell U2415 will be available later this year. No pricing details have been announced for Europe and the US yet.
