Sony X85E received
With the 2017 version Sony will once again use a VA LCD panel after having briefly switched to IPS LCD in last year's 85 series. We expect the VA LCD panel to improve contrast. X85E also offers 4K resolution, HDR (HDR10 and HLG) and Android TV with built-in Chromecast.

Sony X85E will be available in 65 and 75" sizes in the US. XE85 will be available in 55, 65 and 75" sizes in Europe.
