Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

I've heard there are reports the 85A 85 inch has a VA panel but I was wondering if this would be the same for Europe/UK?

If so, what actual differences would there be between the 85A and 90A?

There are no 85" IPS panels period, only 86". Every 85" tv wil have a VA panel ... (up until 4K anyway)

This is a 4K panel, so are you saying it definitely would be a VA?
