Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

well i'am mhdi,im new here.i wna ask about new LG9500,it came with 55 and 47 inch screen as i read,but is their any version with 42 inch screen or not yet ?

Yes, there is a 42-inch version. At least in Europe. It's called 42LE8500.
