Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

Next week, I will have (2) 56 Inch Eizo RadiForce LS560W-ST Surgical LCD monitors. They are pulled from a working environment. Any interest? Fielding offers right now and trying to learn the value.
We are a recycler of IT equipment and haven't come across these before.
