Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

We have published our full review of Panasonic JZ1500. The 2021 model has the same brighter OLED panel as JZ2000 but comes with the integrated Dolby Atmos speaker system. It also features HDMI 2.1, VRR and AV1 decoding - and finally Appel TV+ and Disney+ apps.

Just a question: why luminance 60 and not 100 in calibration settings ?
