i just received my 77G2 and did it a calibration, i saw in HDR peak brightness 1008 nits, so the magical 1000 mark is broken. Maybe it is just a great sample in the lottery, grey and white uniformity is pretty much excelent, no real noticable errors. i also noticed the pre claibrated ISF mode and filmmaker are pretty accurate out of box color errors max between 3-4. Calibration makes it bit better, most of us wouldn't notice it
