Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

Hello!

Which RGB setting is correct for getting the most natural picture with games and movies by using PS3?
I have tried both Full and Limited but i am not sure which one is correct. With RGB full I noticed that it crushed shadow detailing and with RGB Limited colours look dull. I have Panasonic VT30 connected with PS3.

The Full setting option uses "PC levels". The Limited setting option uses "Video levels" (16-235).

With a TV you generally want to use video levels and therefore you need to use the Limited setting. Otherwise the TV - as you say - crushes shadow details.
