Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

I was closely following the calibration settings on the following webpage;

And I noticed that 'Digital Noise Filter' column is mentioned twice and 'Color' column is missing.

Could you clarify this please?

That's a typo in the chart. But you leave the Color unchanged and make sure to have Noise Filters turned off, unless you also have bad analogue sources (even for noisy or grainy analogue sources I personally prefer to have noise filters deactivated).
