Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

I am really struggling to find a nice overall set up for this tv, searched a lot of resources online but still nowhere near, anyone any ideas or tips?

I also have this TV and have the same problem finding a decent picture.
Did you ever find a solution or the best settings for this?
