The chip for all 4k models from Sony is Meditek MT5595 2x ARM17 + 2x ARM7 = not very strong chip.

No idea what 1080p models in 2015 use as a chip. Hope their up-scaling is like Samsung H7000/7150 of last year which was best ever. The Sony last year only barely matched the MediaTek chip on H6400 for example. (while the 7 series had Samsung chip and Samsung scaling algorithm)

The W805C/W80C & W755C/W75C use same panels in 55", 50", 43" from AOU (99% sure)
W855C/W85C are bigger versions of W805C/W80C (65" & 75") and the only differences are that these two 65" & 75" have direct led while all other models are edge led. (hope Sony has perfect implementation for edge otherwise expect uniformity issues)
Another one is that the 65" & 75" have long duct speakers.
Rich, satisfying sound is a vital part of your BRAVIA entertainment experience. This newly-designed speaker reproduces rich, powerful bass and lower mid-range sounds, adding extra punch and depth to action movies, music and dialogue. The long 1.2m speaker duct is cleverly folded into a compact unit that’s hidden neatly behind the TV screen’s bezel
R550C / R55C / R440C / R44C use same panels as W705C/W70C in 48", 40", 32" from Chinese supplier (50% sure) but W705C/W70C has X reality pro chip or software suite.
W805C/W80C = Android. X reality pro, Active 3D, motion flow 800 ( 60 Hz panel + eye bleeding x4 BFI ? )
W755C/W75C = Android. X reality pro, no 3D, motion flow 800 ( 60 Hz panel + eye bleeding x4 BFI ?)
W705C/W70C = No android but smart, X reality pro, no 3D, motion flow 200 (60 Hz panel + x2 BFI )
R550C / R55C = No android but smart, no 3D, motion flow 100 ( 60 Hz panel )
R440C / R44C = No smart, no 3D, motion flow 100 ( 60 Hz panel )
You can turn off BFI but hopefully they don't have PWM.
